We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and/or size exchanges.
Good, now that that's out of the way any and all claims for damaged, ill-printed, or defective goods must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days after product reception. For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 15 days after estimated delivery date. Claims will be processed and replied to within 48 hours.
All Items are made on demand, by hands here in the states so we do ask that you remain cool, calm and collected during the return claim process.
